This site exists to facilitate testing of ecto and iBlogger with TypePad. It might have some custom CSS installed to enable advanced photo display options with iBlogger.
Today I searched, via google, for the web site of a bit of software, "Cost Guard". The entire first page results were "coast guard" releated, unless I used "-coast" in the search string. Search is not yet perfected.
